Days 46-50 [DAYS 3-8 JUICE FEAST] (8.21.09-8.26.09)

8.21.09 – Day 46 – DAY 3 JUICE FEAST

Day 3 of the Juice Feast, and despite the fact that I’m still regularly running to the bathroom, and I’ve had more physical pain than I remember having so far (although the mornings have still been really tough), I’m noticing a marked difference in my mood. A positive one. Which is good. I still feel a slight blanket on me, but underneath is some bubbling joy. YES!!! I did my first enema today, which is something that I can’t even believe I’m excited about – but I am – and I did. It was completely amazing to me the amount of stuff that was released!!! Totally amazing. I also go for my fourth colonic in about 15 minutes too, and I’m starting to get excited about that. It has felt like my life has been all about the poop for a couple of weeks now, and I keep telling myself that I’m cleansing, and that it’s all good, but dang, sang! It’s hard when you’re in this to think that this is going to get better, or even to remember why I’m doing this, because right now I’m a total mess. I weep over everything (in spite of the fact that I do feel overwhelming joy at times today), have got huge zits all over my face (okay, 2 – but they’re really big), constantly have the runs and am running to the bathroom every half-hour or so (at least it feels like it). I’m going to Baltimore tonight, which was a huge decision, because I was thinking about just going in the morning for the day, and then bringing Dan back tomorrow night, but then I wouldn’t get there until 11ish in the morning, and would risk maybe not seeing Michael, and I haven’t seen Zachie in a hundred years either, so I want to do it. I just have to bring everything with me. This will be a good test – I just don’t want to blow it the first trip out! Have to stay focused, and just tell myself that food of any kind is just not an option. At all – under any circumstance!!! We shall see. Promises to be a busy (and interesting) day. Off to colonic # 4. They say you don’t really notice a huge difference until 15. 11 to go after today!!!

1 ½ quarts Evergreen Pinetree (sans pine nuts) from Liquid Earth in Baltimore –pineapple, granny smith apple, green pepper, celery, mint, spinach, and wheatgrass
1 pint Facelifter juice from Liquid Earth in Baltimore – honeydew melon, mint, ginger, orange and grapefruit
1 pint OC Loco juice from Liquid Earth in Baltimore - organic carrot, granny smith apple, celery, parsley and spirulina
