30 chlorella nuts
3 cups green juice (celery, spinach, cucumber, parsley, ginger, garlic, carrot)
Small salad w/1/2 avo, dulse, nutritional yeast, Bragg’s, cayenne, flax seed oil
3 cups coconut water w/Multivitamineral Greens and meat of coconut
1 cup green juice – celery, cucumber, parsley, carrot, garlic, ginger, spinach
Salad w/avo, flax seed oil, dulse, cayenne, nutritional yeast, Bragg’s
1 large juicy peach!

Exercise:

Walk for 15 minutes

1 bag GoRaw ginger flax crackers
1 cup yummy grapes
1 GoRaw banana flax bar w/raw almond butter
1 ½ nori rolls from David Wolfe event
Handful raw chocolate – One Love
Shared coconut cream pie from David Wolfe event
Handful dates
Raw coconut chocolate bliss
Cup raw kale chips

Exercise:

40 minutes walking – good job!!

12 chlorella nuts

1 quart water
2 GoRaw flax bars w/raw almond butter
GoRaw chocolate rawnola (3/4 bag)
GoRaw chocolate flax snacks (1 bag) w/little amount of chocolate/coconut raw fudge and raw almond butter

Exercise:
