Day 31 (8.6.09)
8.6.09 – Day 31 (whoo-hooooooo!!!)
This is now day 31 of being raw. I’ve seriously cut caffeine as well, only doing a couple of cups of yerba mate a day right now. Today is really, really tough. I’ve had better since I last wrote, but today I just feel completely exhausted. I’ve also been bleeding for something like two weeks now, which is starting to feel really intense. I think it’s all part of the cleansing process because I definitely had issues earlier this year with my uterus being enlarged, so now I think my body is releasing things. Just have got no energy at all today. Trying to be super-cool with the diet – so far only juices. I cannot wait until Saturday at 3:00!!! By then, I’ll have completed my first colonic, and according to a lot of different old-time raw food people, that is when you notice the biggest difference. Some girl I met the other night at the David Wolfe event told me that I am really acidic and that it will take several treatments before I really start feeling a lot better. She said that I’m really bloated. One day at a time, but I’m definitely setting appointments up for the next couple of months. I have to get better!!!! So far, mostly my energy is a lot better, I’m able to go with a lot fewer Advils, mostly staying awake while meditating, without coffee, and feeling overall a lot better. Pretty spacey most days, and today I’m just really exhausted.
