Days 16-18 (7.22.09-7.24.09)

7.22.09 – Day 16

Definitely feeling the major detox happening now. Not feeling great and never want to forget this again. It’s been about 9 months since the last time that I was raw. I just have to hang in there and get through these next couple of days. This will (hopefully) be the worst – tomorrow likely not great either. I’m hoping that since I’ve been raw for 16 days now, it will help. Definitely doing a ton of water. And naturally limiting caffeine because I’m so nauseous.

1 banana
1 raw spirulina/cashew bar
1 yerba mate/green tea w/stevia
1 quart water
1 dropper Marine Phytoplankton
Shot wheatgrass
1 yerba mate/green tea w/stevia
1 quart water
2 cups coconut water w/heaping scoop Green Vibrance
Meat of 1 coconut
Romaine wraps w/cucumber, avo, dulse, Braggs, flax seed oil, cayenne, spinach, nutritional yeast – mmm-mmm-mmmm!!!
Couple handfuls GoRaw pizza flax crackers
Couple handfuls GoRaw pumpkin flax crackers
2 bananas, 1 plum
27 ½ chlorella nuts
Huge bowl of cherries, strawberries, and blueberries dipped in LoveStreet raw cacao/coconut fudge
Cut veggies in raw almond butter

Exercise:

5 minutes yoga stretches for hips

1 Vitamin C (500 mg)
1 B-Complex
1 Vitamin D (600 mg)
1 Silica
¾ tsp MSM (sooo intense!!!)
¾ tsp MSM (wow!!!)

7.23.09 – Day 17

1 ½ cups coffee
1 cup yerba mate/green tea w/stevia
1 quart water
Shot wheatgrass
Dropper Marine Phytoplankton
1 ½ cups green smoothie – kale, spinach, celery, banana, blueberries, maca/E3Live/hemp mixture (1 scoop), 1 scoop Green Vibrance, lucuma, goji berries
1 tbl bee pollen
Raw salad w/flax seed oil, dulse, ½ avo, tomato, mixed veggies, greens
2 cups veggie juice w/celery, apple, carrot
Tiny fresh fruit cup (1/4 cup) w/grapefruit, pear, apple, grapes, blueberries, melon
1/3 package GoRaw pumpkin snack chips
Handful goji berries
1 cup yerba mate/green tea w/stevia
1 quart water
2 cups veggie juice – celery, apple, carrot

7.24.09 – Day 18

Shot wheatgrass
1 cup fresh mango
½ bag GoRaw chocolate granola
8 celery sticks
Handful sundried durian
1 Coconut water and meat
1 quart water
1 bag GoRaw pizza flax snacks

Vitamins:

1 Women’s Multi
2 Vitamin C (500 mg)
1 Complex-B
1 Silica
1 Vitamin D (600 mg)
¾ tsp MSM (don’t know if I’ll ever get used to that!!!)
