1 cup green smoothie - lots of spinach, goji berries, hemp/maca/E3Live powder, Green Vibrance, extra spirulina, aloe vera juice, water, banana (yummmmyyyy!!!!)
1 tbl bee pollen
40 chlorella nuts
Fruit bowl – 1 banana, 1 ½ cups strawberries, handful goji berries, handful durian

3 nori rolls w/salad/mixed veggies, dulse, avo, Braggs, flax seed oil, pumpkin seeds, cayenne

7.19.09 – Day 13

7.20.09 – Day 14
Not sure what’s wrong with me. Feel totally spaced, really, really depressed, and exhausted. Can’t seem to connect a thought, or make a plan, or remember if I’ve made a plan. Got super-sick Saturday – major diarrhea/nausea. Through Sunday. Until now. Hope it’s some kind of clearing episode and not just some illness. Yesterday morning had horrid vertigo. Just don’t know what’s wrong, and hope it has to do with the raw thing. Feel like I have more energy, but just want to go home and stare out a window until I sleep.

2 nori wraps/1 romaine wrap w/cucumber, avo, dulse, Braggs, flax seed oil, cayenne, spinach, nutritional yeast – mmm-mmm-mmmm!!!
2 handfuls GoRaw pizza flax snacks – yum!!
2 peaches, 1 plum
Packet GoRaw chocolate cookies w/Love Street cacao/coconut bliss

Exercise:
