1 ½ cups coffee
1 cup chai/green tea w/stevia
1 quart water
Shot wheatgrass
1 cup chai/green tea w/stevia
2 cups green smoothie – spinach, blueberries, banana, goji berries, aloe vera juice, scoop Green Vibrance, scoop Hemp/E3Live/Maca, scoop acai powder
Few pieces freeze-dried durian
1 quart water
1 big dropper-full Marine Phytoplankton
Several stuffed romaine leaves w/cucumber, tomato, avo, dulse, cayenne, nutritional yeast
¾ cup blueberries/1 tbl goji berries/1 tbl raw honey
3 handfuls pumpkin seeds
Raw almond butter/raw honey/flax crackers
Large veggie salad w/braggs, avo, flax oil, dulse, nutritional yeast
Raw granola

Exercise:

5 minutes yoga stretches for hips
20 sit-ups on ball

Vitamins:

1 Women’s Multi
2 Vitamin C (500 mg)
1 B-Complex
1 Vitamin D (600 mg)
1 Silica
3 Papaya enzymes
