7.9.09 – Day 3
1 ½ cups coffee
1 quart water
1 cup green/chai tea w/stevia
1 cup green smoothie – spinach, blueberries, banana, goji berries, marine phytoplankton, aloe vera juice, scoop Green Vibrance, scoop Hemp/E3Live/Maca, scoop maca, scoop lucuma, scoop acai powder
Handful raw chocolate granola
Shot wheatgrass
1 tbl bee pollen
1 granola bar w/raw honey
40 chlorella nuts
4-5 romaine wraps w/avo, cucumber, spinach, tomato, dulse, nutria yeast, braggs
1 banana
1 quart water
1 cup green/chai tea w/stevia
1 tbl bee pollen
Several handfuls goji berries
1 pint coconut/agave ice cream (not raw)
¾ bag cacao granola (raw)
3 nori rolls w/mixed salad, olives
Water and meat of 1 coconut
¾ Diet Mountain Dew
Exercise:
20 minutes upper-arm exercises w/weights, push-ups
20 minutes walk around park
Vitamins:
3 papaya enzymes
1 Women’s Multi
2 Vitamin C (500 mg)
1 B-Complex
1 Vitamin D (600 mg)
1 Silica
3 papaya enzyme tablets
