1 quart green smoothie – apple, kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, Vitamineral Green, maca, ginger, garlic
½ papaya w/lime
Handful nori chips
Couple handfuls Brad’s kale chips
Couple handfuls kale chips
1 ½ GoRaw original bars
5 Nori rolls w/salad inside – sprouts, spring mix, spinach, tomato, cucumber, carrot, red cabbage, and 2 tbl cilantro-hummus raw dip – yummo!!!!

1.26.10 – Day 204 Raw – 135 lbs

Raw honey
1 quart Greeeeennn juice – spinach, kale, cucumber, dandelion greens, parsley, ginger, garlic, carrot, apple
1 quart water
1 cup chai yerba mate w/stevia
3 cups coconut water w/Greener Grasses

1.27.10 – Day 205 Raw – 134.8 lbs

1 quart lemon water

1 cup chai tea w/stevia

2 cups Greeeeennn juice – spinach, kale, cucumber, dandelion greens, parsley, ginger, garlic, carrot, apple
8 oz. Multi-Green raw kombucha – yummo!!!!!!!!

1 cup chai tea w/stevia
Raw honey
8 oz. Multi-Green raw kombucha
