2 sliced kiwis
2 cups green smoothie – spinach, cucumber, ginger, apple, mango, cayenne, cinnamon, Vitamineral Green, maca, chlorophyll

Handful strawberries

1.18.10 – Day 196 Raw – Day 9 Feast Breaking

1 quart water w/lemon
1 yerba mate w/stevia
1 ½ cups green juice – spinach, kale, parsley, cucumber, celery, romaine, ginger, garlic, beets, dandelion greens, carrots, apples
2 tbl bee pollen
4 Nori rolls w/spring mix, spinach, red cabbage, carrot, celery, tomato, cucumber, basil, cilantro, Bragg’s, flax oil, dulse, nutritional yeast, avo
1 mango
3 tbl bee pollen
3 Nori rolls w/ spring mix, spinach, red cabbage, carrot, celery, tomato, cucumber, basil, cilantro, pesto dressing w/cashews, sunflower seeds, basil, salt, tomato

1.19.10 – Day 197 Raw – Day 10 Feast Breaking

Small salad – Spring mix, tomato, carrot, cucumber, red onion, cauliflower, broccoli, mushroom, dulse, Bragg’s flax oil, ½ avo, 1 nori sheet
Handful kale tempuraw
1 small raw Essene bread w/1 tbl almond butter
½ avo w/salt
2 small nori rolls w/sprouts, carrot, celery, green cabbage, scallion, sesame seed
½ cup coffee (meal above completely annihilated me – waaaayyyy toooo much FAT!!! Ugh – so sick!!! ☹)
