Days 191-192 [DAYS 4-5 FEAST BREAKING] (1.13.10-1.14.10)
1.13.10 – Day 191 Raw - Day 4 Feast Breaking
Day 4 of the feast breaking, and I’m following it pretty exactly, according to David Rainoshek’s instructions. So far, I’ve done green smoothies every day, in addition to the juice that I’ve been doing. Now today, I’ve eaten one mango. No real difference other than my body feels exhausted when the food is digesting – like I could just pass out completely. Had to drink some green tea actually, because had to work, and couldn’t keep my eyes open. I’m also totally pre-moon though – cramps and migraine – so it could be partly that. Thank goddess I have a colonic tonight!!!
1 quart water w/lemon
1 cup chai yerba mate w/stevia
1 quart green juice - spinach, romaine, dandelion greens, kale, fennel, celery, cucumber, beets, beet greens, carrot, ginger, garlic, apple
1 mango
1 1/2 cups green smoothie – kale, spinach, apple, mango, cucumber, ginger, garlic, Vitamineral Green, maca
1 cup watermelon juice
3 tbl spirulina crunchies
6 oz. blueberries
1 quart green juice - spinach, romaine, dandelion greens, kale, fennel, celery, cucumber, beets, beet greens, carrot, ginger, garlic, apple
Raw honey
1.14.10 – Day 192 Raw - Day 5 Feast Breaking
1 quart water w/lemon
1 cup chai yerba mate w/stevia
1 pint green smoothie – kale, spinach, apple, mango, cucumber, ginger, garlic, Vitamineral Green, maca
spirulina crunchies
1 cup chai yerba mate w/stevia and green tea (can’t stay awake today)
1 quart water
16 oz orange juice
4 oz mixed fruit (apples, grapefruit, grapes, melon)
6 oz blueberries
Raw honey
