9.04.09 – Day 60 Raw- DAY 17 JUICE FEAST!!!

Finally, finally back at the Highlands after the longest absence I want to have for a while! Too long really. Weighed myself today on the regular scale here, and I’m at 171.8 lbs. My best guesstimate is that I’ve lost about 10 lbs since starting, since I had stopped weighing myself for a while right before this, but I remember vaguely one of the last times being at like 176 or something, and I know I gained a few more before starting this feast. Day 17 – which feels totally miraculous really! I feel like I’ve totally caught a gear – know what I have to buy at stores whenever I go anywhere, and am getting pretty accustomed to lugging a lot of stuff around everywhere that I go! Want to go the distance with this – at least 92 days – and maybe the full 142. It’s very cool that I’m really doing this (to me). Have gotten pretty addicted to crunching on the spirulina crunchies, which I ran out of, so I need to get real about ordering more pronto or I won’t make it! ☺ They give me that satisfying crunch with a ton of health benefits since it’s straight spirulina. And tastes so delicious. Nothing major happening on any other scale. Still more emotional than I’ve been – or I want to say that – but instead I’m just getting a lot better at expressing myself. I’m just saying what’s in there – out it comes. But think it’s toned down a lot from how I used to just blurt anything, anytime, without a thought to the bodies I was leaving behind.
