1 quart berry juice – grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples
1 quart berry juice – grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples
1 pint Evergreen Pine juice - pineapple, granny smith apple, green pepper, celery, mint, spinach, and wheatgrass
1 quart veggie juice – spinach, bok choy, cucumber, celery, apples, carrots, garlic, ginger, dandelion greens, kale

9.01.09 – Day 57- DAY 14 JUICE FEAST!!!

I feel horrid. Seriously. Day 14 of the juice feast, and just left my now 9th colonic. Definitely not feeling better. Had a really bad fall on Sunday night, which I feel set me back a lot. I’m sore everywhere, totally scraped knee, elbow – swollen and bruised – lovely. And still (sort of) wanting to stick with this. It’s been tough to say the least. Have definitely spent a lot of time today wondering if I want to continue or if this was enough, etc., but I don’t want to stop – not yet. I want to get some of the benefits, and they say on the juice feasting web site that the first 30 days is detox. I have to hang in there. Weighed myself at Annette’s just now too, and fully dressed, I was 176!! Which is wholly and completely depressing to me. Until I realized that I think I was close to 182 naked in the a.m. when I started this, and I can cut probably like 5 lbs including the clothes and because it’s night. Which would mean I’ve dropped like 8 or 9 lbs in 2 weeks, which is definitely a good thing. I have got to really stick this out. I’ll be able to get on my regular scale in the morning on Friday. I have to make it until then. Honestly, that’s how I’ve been doing this thing – I have to make it to this event, or that event. It’s working. Now it’s Friday morning. Have to come up with another plan after that one. Would love to honestly show everyone that this works and that you can heal. We’ll see.
