2.8.10 – Day 217 Raw – 134.8 lbs

Bee pollen

Awesome Foods raw cucumber sea veggie salad

Go Fudge Brownie
½ cup black organic coffee (yuck!)
1 cup yerba mate chai w/stevia
4 nori rolls w/salad – mixed veggies, greens, sprinkle sunflower seeds, ½ avo, dulse, flax oil, cayenne, nutritional yeast
Granola mix – GoRaw granola (1/2 cup), sprinkle cacao nibs, handful raw trail mix, raw coconut flakes – yummo!!!!!!!

2.9.10 – Day 218 Raw – 135.8 lbs

1 juicy, delicious, perfect mango w/cinnamon
1 Awesome Foods raw lasagna – mmmmmmm

Watermelon and kiwi
Large raw salad w/olives, 1 avo, flax oil, Bragg’s, dulse, nutritional yeast, cayenne, massive bean, pea, and alfalfa sprouts
16 oz. Multi-Green kombucha
2 little bags raw parshad (a little old now)
