12.23.09 – Day 170 Raw - DAY 127 - JUICE FEAST

1.6.10 – Day 184 Raw - DAY 141 - JUICE FEAST
I thought today was 142 days – the original goal – but that’s tomorrow. Still, heading into the final stretch with the juice feast and seeing the end coming large. It’s so strange to me that soon I’ll be eating real food again, but I know this is a journey, and now I know that I’ll always juice, and do enemas and colonics. It’s what works for my body – totally low-fat, and constant cleansing. I feel okay, sort of blah today. Acceptance is hard when it comes to personal matters sometimes, but I’m getting there – very slowly, as always. Have decided with the new year that my goal is going to continue to be my health – now in the form of exercise. Bill told me that Dr. Oz said that even if you run, or do any other form of vigorous exercise, it’s important to walk 1/2-hour every day because that’s what gets the system pumping. I can do that – 1/2-hour every day for 3 months – until March 31. It’s good for me to have goals, I’m discovering. It keeps me occupied with positive things, and helps me focus in other areas. So, I feel so much better than when I started this juice feast. After 9 years of complete physical hell – doctors, hospitals, surgery – you would think that the day I started getting energetic, I would have jumped up and down with joy. Life is funny though. The energy just started happening, and in the last almost five months, I’ve gone from almost complete inactivity, to constant activity. I rarely watch a television anymore, and when I do, I’m always doing something else at the same time. All of my spaces are clean and organized. I still have some minor bouts with depression, but think it’s much more normal now. I just keep going anyway. In fact, I am pretty much constantly on the run. Amazing, almost miraculous difference. I don’t ever, ever want to go back to that dark place again!!!! 4 more days until I break the feast. I’m scared. One of the most intense things that’s happened in the last couple of weeks is that I have released masses of parasites during my weekly colonics. That is so disgusting to me, but could be a huge part of why I’ve been so sick. Annette told me that she always sees them in people that do long-term colonics. SO flippin’ gross. That could be a huge part of why I had so much extra weight too – my body just couldn’t get enough nutrition. It’s amazing to me that I was that toxic, and really so asleep about it all. I had no clue!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you David Rainoshek and Angela Stokes-Monarch!!!!! I feel like I’ve been given my life back!!!
