7.7.09 (Day 1) Weight: 173.6
Another attempt at going raw. Feel absolutely horrid and have to try. Body hurts everywhere – burning, and especially bad are my left hip, knee. So many different things are out right now. Have got no energy. Just feel awful. Know I won’t feel better right away, but have to start.
Did do upper-body weightlifting this a.m.
1 ½ cups coffee
1 quart water
1 cup chai/green tea w/stevia
1 shot wheatgrass
3 cups green juice (carrot, spinach, celery, cucumber)
Couple handfuls raw cacao w/goji
2 tablespoons bee pollen

Stalks organic celery
40 chlorella nuts
1 “GoRaw” granola bar w/1 tbl raw honey
2 cups water
Several handfuls GoRaw cacao granola
1 GoRaw granola bar w/1 tbl raw honey
1 low-fat Mint Cho Chip ice cream (pint)
3 cheese/crackers/grapes container
2 mixed veggies w/mustard container
1 large bag low-fat cheese popcorn
½ Diet Mountain Dew
Exercise:
20 minutes upper-body weights/push-ups
5 minutes yoga poses for hips
20 minutes walk in park
5 minutes yoga for hips
20 sit-ups on exercise ball
5 minutes yoga for hips
Vitamins:
1 Women’s Multi
2 Vitamin C (500 mg)
1 Complex-B
1 Silica
1 Vitamin D (600 mg)
3 papaya enzyme w/chlorophyll
