12.01.09 – Day 148 Raw - DAY 105 - JUICE FEAST!!!
Wow. I haven’t written in this in 2 months?! That’s so crazy. Still on the juice feast, which is a total miracle now. I was down to 149 lbs the last time I weighed myself (8 days ago). In the last 2 months, I’ve stayed on the juice feast, and I’m now determined to stay on this feast at least until the full 142 days that I originally intended to do. Today is Day 105, so I think I can do it. Even though my pain levels are a lot better, it still isn’t bearable all day long, and I have to remember that I have a ton of different diseases and illnesses, so am taking this all one day at a time. I’ve had the juicing down now for a while. It’s easier for me at night. Lately, I’ve felt so toxic again, that I’ve gone from about one colonic a week to two again – at least last week and this week. Just trying so hard every day to do this thing and to heal. I do feel a lot more mellow now. I feel tired today, and think I’m just not getting enough sleep. I know I’m not. My life is insane really – living in 2 ½ places, running from here to there, working at a major stress job, etc. and so on. And lately it just feels like things are so intensely hard for everyone that I know. I feel like I’ve been getting hit on almost every single level. Have continued to do almost daily enemas this entire time. I just recently finished the run with the Para-Rid, and have had flatworms released in the colonics, as well as the mucoid plaque that I kept hearing about – both of these releases are huge reasons why I’ve continued to stay on the feast now. I feel like if I’m getting to the (possible) cause of what could have started all of this pain in the first place, then I want to get rid of it. We’ll see. I figured out today that if I do 145 days, I’ll be ending this feast on 1/10/10 – that’s so cool. And, 145 comes to a numerological 10 as well. That’s just a feast of new beginnings!! We shall see.
